An application for registration, on the appropriate form provided by the IHKR, has been completed, signed by the appropriate recorded owner(s) (or by the person whom the recorded owner has authorized in writing to sign the application) and filed with the IHKR, 3. Photos of the horse/foal showing the horse from both sides, front and back have been received by IHKR, 4.
